  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, we'll replace it free of charge.

  • If a limited-edition item cannot be replaced, we'll offer full value in store credit.

  • Coverage includes defects in materials and workmanship but does not cover damage caused by neglect or everyday use (e.g., accidentally dropping your figurine or fading from frequent washing).

You can return items in their original condition (unopened and unused) within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or store credit, which can be used as you see fit. To ensure a smooth return process, please pack items in their original shipping container and include all original packing materials.
