Delivery Times

Domestic First-Class and Standard Post typically take 3-7 business days for delivery. When using expedited shipping method such as UPS 3-Day or UPS Next Day, please remember that our warehouse requires 1-2 business days for order processing. Thus, expect a UPS Next Day shipment to arrive two days after the order was placed. For 3 Day, look for the package after 4 days.

International and military orders may experience delays in shipping due to inbound and outbound processing. First-Class International and Standard International Shipping orders typically take 3-6 weeks for delivery.

Shipping Rates

Shipping within the continental US is a flat rate of $20 USD.

Global shipping rates vary by your location and the size of your order.  The easiest way to find out the exact shipping rate for your location and order is to go through the process of placing an order.  When you reach the checkout page, you will see a drop down menu with different shipping options and their costs for your exact location and order.

Shipping Restrictions

Please note that UPS does not ship to PO Boxes. No tracking is available for First-Class International or Standard International Shipping Orders.

Customs Charges

Most countries charge import duties and customs fees. These can vary widely. For example, in the United Kingdom VAT is owed on all goods valued £15 or more. These charges will also incur an £8 handling fee from Royal Mail. The recipient of your order will be responsible for any and all customs fees and duties. The whole customs clearance process can also cause delays beyond the shipping timelines listed above and while we're sorry when these delays happen, they are outside of our control. I know, they frustrate us too!

Orders and Payment

We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Shopify Pay, and PayPal. Washington residents will be charged 10.1% sales tax. Online orders may be executed with real-time credit card processing.

Satisfaction Policy

We’ll stand by any product that we ship for an entire year after the shipping date. So if an item is defective or was damaged in shipping, please contact us; we genuinely want to replace that item for you and will happily arrange an exchange for you FOR FREE.

Here’s some details regarding this:

  • Your return will be totally free. TinkerHouse Games will cover any shipping costs necessary to return the order and to ship a replacement to you.
  • If we cannot provide a replacement for a limited-edition item, we’ll provide the full value of the returned item in the form of store credit.
  • We’ll cover any material or workmanship defects but not products that were damaged through neglect or everyday use.
    • If you received the product broken or it does not work as intended, you’re covered.
    • If you’ve dropped your figurine or worn the print off of your tee through hundreds of washes you’re not covered. Sorry.
  • You can initiate your exchange by clicking here and typing “I would like to exchange an item” in the message field. Tell us what’s up and you’ll receive a response within 48 hours. We promise!
  • The more details that you tell us, the quicker we’ll be able to help you. At the very least, make sure you include your order number and the email address that you’d like to use for our correspondence.

Return Policy

Items in their original condition may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Please return the items in the original shipping container with original packing materials to:
